About the Role

Butlin's are currently looking for a Village Accommodation Manager at our Minehead resort. You will be part of a high performing team who deliver the best possible guest experience through our accommodation and housekeeping services.

You will enjoy a fast pace high pressure environment, leading a team to create and deliver a 'home away from home' experience that will exceed our guests' needs and expectations on a daily basis.

You will be accountable for leading the accommodation cleaning team to deliver the best possible experience through our accommodation & housekeeping services by delivering clean and fault free accommodation for our guests. This will also involve redeploying team where required to support other village cleans and engaging with agencies where necessary to bridge any gaps in our team.

As a problem solver, you will be a main point of contact for our guests, supporting in fast problem resolution where necessary.

About You

We're looking for a strong leader with experience in the hospitality sector, ideally within cleaning, housekeeping or soft services functions.

You should be obsessed with delivering an exceptional guest experience with excellent communication and organisational skills to manage a complex and fast paced operation.

Normal Working hours: As we are a 7 day operation, a flexible approach to your working week would be required. This role is full time and is a permanent contract.
