Production Support

This is an excellent opportunity for anybody whether you’re straight from school, just out college, or looking for a change in career.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done anything like this before – We provide the best training in the business and will teach you all the skills you need. Please note that this role is very physical in nature, including both the lifting and transporting of heavy trays full of bobbins, as well as fine fingertip work checking fit and thread tensions.

Hours: Full time (possible shift work)

Location: South Chard

Salary - Minimum wage with pay increases for developing skills and experience.

Established over 190 years ago our client is the world’s largest bobbinet factory dating back to 1825 producing tulle for the fashion, wig net and entertainment industries. They currently have an opportunity for somebody wishing to enter this industry: preparing the carriages and bobbins for the production bobbinet machines.
