The Outsourced Recruitment Company are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the team.

This is a hybrid role where you will be based in our Taunton office for 3 days and work from home for 2 days each week.

Working across a varied client base, your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, connecting great people with their next long term career move.

What are we looking for?

Someone with recent working experience of being a recruiter.

A good stakeholder manager.

Someone who is competent in using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates.

Someone who uses data to build recruitment strategies for their roles.

Someone is comfortable building reports using recruitment metrics.
