Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate leader to join at our brand new Chopstix venue at our Minehead resort.

Chopstix is a busy, bustling venue that welcomes hundreds of guests each week. Chopstix are the UK’s fastest growing Asian quick service restaurant delivering a faster, fresher, tastier customer dining experience.

As a Venue Manager, you’ll be vital in helping our guest’s create smiles – getting stuck in to give them a great dining experience! You’ll be part of a big team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday.

About You

Reporting to the Head of Department, you’ll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness

You’ll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guest obsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do.

The role will also involve: analysing KPI’s and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins and adhering to food safety and health & safety policies.

You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You should be an advocate for your team’s fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121's and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin’s.

As with all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.

About You

We are looking for an individual with prior experience in leading a food and beverage venue.

You should be able to demonstrate the following:

Delighting guests: You are passionate about delivering fantastic food and great service, putting the guests first in all you do.
Developing people: passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment
Driving standards: You have the ability to lead team to Chopstix excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin’s way of working
Delivering results: Have experience of working in a leadership role in a volume-driven restaurant environment and thrive on achieving both short and long term goals
